Our Affirmations

New Beginnings Fellowship is all kinds of peoples finding and following God's call to Life. These affirmations are simply a way of establishing our place in the continuum of the history and mystery of our faith. There is much more to our faith than these affirmations. This is a statement of our starting point. We trust that God will lead us from here.

• Diversity of people enriches our community.

• Jesus Christ is our savior and guide on our journey though life.

• The Bible is the inspired word of God.

• That we are called to love with all our heart, soul, mind and strength.

• The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God and speaks to us in many avenues, means and ways.

• God's power is released when we do acts of kindness, compassion, forgiveness and eliminating negativity.

• Zero Disunity.

• Relationship first.

• All creation reveals and expresses God.

• Such blessings carries responsibility, that of being caretakers of creation.

• We are a biblically relevant community sharing God's love and our faith to all people.

• Among the greatest of God's blessings is our ability to be creative with God in birthing compassion and love which is the fulfillment of the great commandment.

• We are a community of faith and our vision of a community is that of a vital, involved and, committed and loving group of God's people interacting dynamically and compassionately with each other, the world and ourselves to reach the unreached and help followers become disciples.
