Leadership Team

This is the Pastor’s Leadership Team for a term of one year. It is a temporary team to help the pastor implement the vision God has given him for the church. This team will later on dissolve as the community grows and those interested may make application to be an elder and go through classes to determine qualification.

• holding the vision of New Beginnings Fellowship and upholding its values and affirmations.
• helping the pastor implement the vision God has given him for the community of faith.
• helping the pastor and each other be accountable in reference to the greater questions that are ethical and moral areas.
• effectively communicating decisions back to the community.
• being fully accountable for all we do, including our fiscal responsibilities.
• keeping the main thing the main thing.
